OneAdvanced Privacy Statement

We use a software product called Docman10X provided by Advanced Health and Care (“One Advanced”) to track, manage and workflow patient records and documents.

This practice acts as the controller (namely, the organisation who decides how and why your personal data is used) of personal data, such as your medical information, in the Docman10X product. OneAdvanced acts solely as the “processor” (namely, the organisation who uses personal data on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions).

We have decided to implement a new Workflow Assistant module in Docman 10X which, essentially, summarises your patient documents, identifies their urgency and describes potential high level actions. The module is intended to accelerate the patient review/consultation process and will have access to medical health data about you for this purpose only. The module is intended to improve documentation processing leading to timely and safe patient care.

Rest assured, your personal data is kept secure in the product, we review the output for accuracy and OneAdvanced do not store or use any of your data for their own purposes, or to train their module. To comply with the fulfillment of public tasks and health purposes, as defined by the relevant Articles of the UK GDPR.
