Sleepstation Hub – Online Sleep Support for NHS Patients

The Sleepstation Hub is a secure, online NHS service designed to support adults (aged 18 and over) who are experiencing difficulties with sleep, including insomnia.

What is Sleepstation?

Sleepstation is an evidence-based, digital programme that helps improve sleep through:

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT‑I) techniques
  • Ongoing progress tracking and support
  • Practical tools and advice to help you build healthy sleep habits

  • People experiencing poor sleep or insomnia
  • Those who would prefer online, self-guided support
